Same Day Shipping:

We ship all in stock items on the same day the order is placed. Shipments are generally made via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling rates are based upon order weight and shipping zones. We are not responsible for UPS, FEDEX or other carrier errors. All damage claims must be reported to the delivering carrier.
Upon receiving a shipment, please follow these instructions:
• Verify that you have received all ordered items.
• Carefully inspect that all items are in perfect condition.
• Test all equipment after reading instruction manuals.
• If there are any problems with your order, please call us immediately.
• Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 business days from the date of receipt.
Product Warranties:
Most products/equipment sold by Imprintables Warehouse™ is covered under the 15-day return policy.
If the products/equipment has a manufacturer’s warranty, and it is after the 15-day return period, service calls for repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service center.
Return Policy:
1. If necessary, returns may be made within 15 days from date of receipt. Returns require calling Customer Service for prior approval to obtain an RA number.
2. Returns must be in brand new condition in the original undamaged packaging.
3. To return an item, please denote the RA number on the package and enclose a letter explaining the reason for requesting a refund or exchange.
4. All returns that do not meet the terms of Imprintables Warehouse’s™ return policy may be refused at our option, or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
5. If you refuse an order, you will be credited for the full amount, less shipping and handling. On C.O.D. orders, you will be charged shipping, handling and C.O.D charges.
Limited Liability:
Imprintables Warehouse™ and affiliates will not be responsible or liable for labor, manufacturer defects, damage, incidental or consequential damages of any kind. Our maximum liability will in no instance exceed the cost of the product.
